Airguide Marine Boat Ship Compensated Barometer ClockHere is a vintage airguide matching ship's clock and compensated barometer. They are meant to be screwed on to a boat or ship. I believe they are chrome and they have glass fronts. The clock says 7 jewels 8 day and under the 6 its say airguide usa and across from the 10 and 2 it says watch. The back has a screw that can be turned to adjust the speed of teh clock. The dial pulls out to set the hands. The clock starts to tick when you shake it and then it stops so it will ened some work to get it running. The barometer reads in inches and millibars and it says airguide barometer compensated and at the bottom of the dial it says made in usa by airguide company chicago. The barometer is working and you calibrate ti with a screw on the back. On the back of the clock and barometer it has p 4592 in the metal on the edge of the rim. The clock adn barometer are 6 inches in diameter including the wheel spokes and 2 1/4 inches high. They are quite hevay weighing almost 4 lbs.There is fine pitting on the chrome.
