As i have no idea how these things work, i am unable to tell you whether this microscope is complete. What is there is ni good enough condition but will require a good clean. Any relevant questions are most welcome and always answered promptly.

It does not however offer any higher an insurance compensation than £36. International signed for service with enhanced insurance compensation will provide you with all the benefits stated above + automatic insurance up to £500.
